1. Authorized Use

RedLens AI is a professional security assessment tool. You may use it to:

• Test AI systems that you own or operate
• Test AI systems for which you have explicit written authorization from the system owner
• Generate security findings and compliance reports for authorized systems
• Conduct authorized red team exercises within your organization
• Assess vendor AI systems with written permission from the vendor

2. Prohibited Use

You may not use RedLens AI to:

• Unauthorized testing — Test any AI system without explicit written authorization from the owner
• Malicious attacks — Generate attacks intended to cause actual harm, data loss, or system compromise
• Illegal activity — Facilitate any activity that violates applicable law or regulation
• Reverse engineering — Attempt to extract, copy, or reverse engineer RedLens AI's attack methodologies, software, or intellectual property
• Competitive intelligence — Use the platform to build a competing security testing service
• Resale — Resell or sublicense access to the platform without written agreement
• Circumvention — Attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or security measures of the platform itself
• False representation — Misrepresent your authorization to test a system

3. Healthcare and Law Enforcement Specific Requirements

Users in regulated sectors must additionally ensure:

• All testing is conducted within your organization's existing security testing authority
• Testing of systems handling PHI is conducted under appropriate BAA coverage
• Results containing PHI or criminal justice information are handled per applicable regulations
• Air-gapped deployments are used when required by your organization's security policy

4. Reporting Violations

If you believe someone is using RedLens AI in violation of this policy, report it to support@redlens.ai. We take violations seriously and will investigate all reports.

5. Consequences of Violation

Violations of this AUP may result in immediate suspension of your account without refund, termination of your subscription, reporting to appropriate law enforcement where legally required, and civil or criminal liability. We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement investigations of AUP violations.

6. Updates

We may update this AUP with 30 days notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
